TIANJIN, China — In an effort to broaden professional horizons, deepen technical expertise, and strengthen team cohesion and collaboration, the entire team of Shiny-Control Group, led by General Manager Liu Ji, embarked on a comprehensive one-day study tour and outdoor teambuilding event in Tianjin on June 11, 2026.

The day was meticulously structured around two core pillars: an intensive, industry-forward learning session in the morning, followed by an energizing outdoor teambuilding experience in the afternoon. This dynamic combination allowed the team to reinforce their professional capabilities through practical insights while fostering deeper synergy in a relaxed environment.

The journey began promptly at 7:50 AM, with all members gathering at the company headquarters in high spirits. Boarding the shuttle bus to Tianjin, the team set off on an itinerary designed to seamlessly integrate professional growth with team empowerment, driving both individual and collective excellence.

Deepening Expertise: Benchmarking Against Industry Excellence

In the morning, the Shiny-Control team arrived at Tianjin Prisma Corporation for a specialized site visit. This provided a valuable opportunity to benchmark against an industry leader, dive deep into power distribution equipment technologies, and absorb advanced technical and service methodologies.

Technical Deep-Dive with Prisma’s Chief Engineer Liu Lu, Chief Engineer of Prisma, hosted a comprehensive technical sharing session focused on the core components and sophisticated engineering of high- and low-voltage power distribution switchgears. She systematically outlined the core characteristics and application logic of Schneider-authorized switchgears and domestic counterparts.

Crucially, the session broke down the core parameters, technical highlights, and deployment scenarios of mainstream products, including:

Medium-Voltage Switchgears: MVnex and KYN28A-12

Low-Voltage Products: Blokset and MNS

Moving progressively from foundational theory to practical application, the training effectively bridged knowledge gaps and fortified the team’s core competency in power distribution equipment.

Exploring Lifecycle Service Frameworks Following the technical session, Jiang Chenmiao, General Manager of Shijia Zhiwei (a Prisma subsidiary), delivered a presentation focused on backend service systems for power distribution. He detailed critical operations including:

Hands-on operational knowledge of medium- and low-voltage distribution systems.

On-site service standards for newly installed equipment.

Power distribution system retrofits and upgrades.

Routine equipment maintenance and care.

Digital transformation and upgrading of legacy distribution equipment.

By mapping out the entire lifecycle service framework—from initial installation and routine maintenance to optimization and digital upgrades—the session provided Shiny-Control with invaluable insights. These benchmarks will directly inform the company’s efforts to optimize service workflows, elevate operational quality, and expand its digital operations and maintenance (O&M) services.
