This project is a key livelihood project in Changchun, featuring high construction standards, complex interfaces, a tight schedule, and complicated site conditions. Located in Northeast China, the project was carried out in winter with extremely low temperatures and harsh construction environments. Meanwhile, the contract was signed shortly before the Spring Festival, placing enormous pressure on manpower organization and supply chain coordination.
The project required power supply readiness within a very short period, and the actual complete substation delivery cycle was compressed to 30 days, posing a severe test to equipment delivery capacity and project management capabilities.
