Based on the original VEP platform, the VEP Intelligent Vacuum Circuit Breaker integrates sensor technology, microprocessor technology, automatic control technology, fault analysis & diagnosis technology, signal processing and communication technology. It collects and stores multiple operating data of the VEP circuit breaker, and uploads data to the master station and expert diagnosis cloud platform in compliance with unified communication protocols.

Cooperating with the self-developed expert diagnosis system, it realizes online monitoring of switchgear status, comprehensive evaluation of equipment health conditions, and elimination of potential equipment hazards, which greatly reduces the frequency of preventive tests and regular maintenance. Meanwhile, it can diagnose and analyze faults, output easy-to-understand conclusions and disposal suggestions, realize accurate fault location and timely fault removal, ensure safe and reliable equipment operation, reduce economic losses caused by faults, and enable customers to obtain return on investment in the shortest time.
